The operating model for Telugu Foundation is to serve as an umbrella organization to support and fund various field partners operating at the ground level within various communities in need.

The field partners are carefully vetted after due diligence in monitoring for transparency and effectiveness of the community development work being performed by them. Each project is evaluated with cost-benefit analysis to ensure successful outcomes with priority being given to community self-help.
